Green Tea Protein Shake, is as follows (aside from succesful/delicious):
1 bag o’ Yogi Decaf Green Tea — frozen! (Should fill up one ice tray)
1 tsp of Organic Honey
1 serving of Vanilla Whey Protein
A splash of Almond Milk
and…for kicks, I added approximately 1 tsp of chia pudding I had in the fridge
