I've relocated, 

I have graduated Tumblr, in a sense. I want to take blogging a little more seriously and so I have just started Sans Pizza round II over at Blogspot.

I still exist. If you haven’t figured this out, I had fallen off the wagon / also my computer crashed and so access to Tumblr wasn’t sooo accessible.

I need to stop with this yoyo-ing behavior/roller coaster lifestyle of supreme fitness to illness.

I need to acknowledge that I am celiac, I am lactose-intolerant and straying from these dietary guidelines seem to inevitably lead to insanity.

New blog will include: my real identity, access to my personal twitter/instagram, videos, short films, recipes, race recaps, work outs, life, love, and the pursuit of happiness.

BLAAAAAAAAH Check out my new SHORTS & VIBRAMS
I just took them out for a test run. Well, more like a test-play.
I played outside today. I walked home from work, cut through the woods and sunk my Vans into mud. :( Except it kind of excited me SO as soon as I came home I convinced my sister to come out and play with me. It was kind of raining but like warm and smelled like awesome greenery (you know what I mean? Like that fresh-cut-grass-moist-nature-smell). We also invited Stella the wonder pit bull to our adventure. We walk/sprinted/danced for about 1.5 miles, then walk/sprinted/danced back. Then did Jillian Michaels’ 30 Day Shred as soon as we got back. :) A little over 500 kcal burned according to my trusted heart rate monitor.
Vibrams Review: I have a feeling that my calves are going to be VERY VERY sore tomorrow. As we were getting sweaty and ridiculous outside, we of course ran past my ex boyfriend // at which point I totally got embarrassed of my Vibrams which was weird ‘cause I’m not one to get embarrassed usually. So, naturally, I…ran away. No, I mean literally. I ran away from him.
Anyways, I can see how one would have to kind of transition into running with them but I can DEFINITELY get into it and I think I’ll try to get a few light runs a week in with them on. They’re so amazing and comfortable! and as gay as this sounds, I feel way more…”me” with them on vs. my Asics, or my Sauconyz.
Anyways you guys, let me get back to making dinner. ;)

Things that I have already done today that I haven’t done in a week: ate breakfast

Yesterday was kind of a wake up call for me. I could not run my usual route. This is TERRIBLE news because I have a half marathon Sunday morning! I mean given, the routes by my house are like trying to speed climb a roller coaster and the upcoming 13.1 is on flat territory. BUT STILL — lack of food and protein, means lack of abilities! Sure, I knew that but didn’t have the experience to back it up. Not that I needed it, but ya.
Anyways, I made myself breakfast and lunch last night before I went to bed. I blended half a banana and a handful of blueberries withs 1/4 cup of coconut milk, combined that with 2 tbs of chia seeds and 1/4 cup of gluten free oatmeal. I let it soak overnight (obvs) and then topped it off with a gluten free flax cereal in the morning. It was delicious! :)
Lunch is a gluten free almond butter & blueberry preserves (chia seeds sprinkled with the nut butter) sandwich with a pear on the side. 
I like blueberries. I like antioxidants. I like… sustenance. Food is our friend, not food…or food is both our friend…and food. Yeah.

Remember that one time I said I was thinking about getting Vibrams? and that I probably shouldn’t because they cost too much? Well, yeah.
I bought Vibrams. I’m really really excited to like run up a mountain and swim in a creek with them.
First thing my dad said in response to seeing them, “Can you text with them?”

Hi. I ran 13.1 miles in the rain yesterday. My time was 2:04 which is either exactly the same as last time or two minutes faster than last time. I’m okay with that! I thought that I wasn’t going to be able to run it at all.
Fact: There’s no way to take a cute post race pic. We look noooot nice. 
My week in preparation for the race: I ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day. Breakfast was always oatmeal with around 2 tablespoons of chia seeds. The day OF the race, I ate my blueberry overnight oats around 2.5 hours (and a large cup of black coffee) before start time. I truly believe in the advantages of chia seeds and their ability to power long distance runs, from personal experience! Things, Thoughts, and Thighs

So, I forgot how much fun it is to eat healthy. Am I lame? Yeah, probably.

But seriously, I enjoy going grocery shopping and I enjoy making my meals the night before so I have exciting things to open up at work (I’m here for nearly 8 hours 5 days a week). I dunno, I’ve been going through things. I am not gonna lie.

Things that lead to thoughts that lead to thighs. Sizable thighs, I mean, well not sizable enough. My size 4 Levi’s are my measurement of siziness for myself, not what the scale says. If I fit in these shorts, than my siziness hasn’t gotten too sizable. So, I think it’s more so an imagined sizable thighs.

Imagined size, returns to thoughts, and things. Am I making any sense? No.

This has been diet experimentation with Sans Pizza. This will continue being diet experimentation with Sans Pizza. Werd Weeird Weeerirrid Word
