Green Tea Protein Shake, is as follows (aside from succesful/delicious):

1 bag o’ Yogi Decaf Green Tea — frozen! (Should fill up one ice tray)

1 tsp of Organic Honey

1 serving of Vanilla Whey Protein

A splash of Almond Milk

and…for kicks, I added approximately 1 tsp of chia pudding I had in the fridge

Chocolate Chia Smoothie!

Let 2 tbs of chia seeds sit in 4 oz of almond milk (or other non-dairy “milk”) for about an hour.

Then, scoop into a blender, add 2 packets of stevia, 1 tbs of cocoa powder, another 2 oz of almond milk and a few handfuls of ice. Voila! I topped mine off with rice whipped cream.

So happy to say I actually got up this morning and ran 5.5 miles. It was, uhh, freezing outside. It was weird to return to the house not having sweated out approximated 4 gallons.

So happy to say I actually got up this morning and ran 5.5 miles. It was, uhh, freezing outside. It was weird to return to the house not having sweated out approximated 4 gallons.

So, here’s Take II on my chia beverage recipe.
I put two tables spoons of chia seeds into a small container, added 2 oz of almond milk and 2 oz of iced coffee as well as 1 tbs of cocoa powder. I let it sit for an hour.
La la la
Then, I plopped it into my glass, with 1 handful of ice, 1 stevia packet, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract, filled half the glass with almond milk and the other half with black iced coffee. Blended it up! Drank it down. (I added sugar free rice whip on the top for aesthetic purpose/whip obsessive)
P.S. Do you luh dat pumpkin spice? Make this a fall themed frappacino, and add 1/2 tbs cinnamon, 1/4 tbs ground nutmeg, 1/4 ground cloves.
