I haven’t been to the gym in awhile. (I’ve still been workin’ out, just not as avidly/and not as ‘structured/circuity’) 
It was kind of nice, I guess. I did HIIT stationary bike, and upper body strength exercises then ran home — on the run home my calves reminded me how much they HATE me. I had to stop half way and cuddle with a stop sign/stretch.
It’s all good. :) 595 calories burned, and I made a green tea/blueberry protein shake when I got home. (half cup rice milk, 5 green tea ice cubes, 1 scoop vegan protein, some blueberries, 1 truvia packet, blendddddd)

Blueberry Vanilla Whey Protein Shake!

Ice + Water + 1/4 Cup Almond Milk + 1/4 Frozen Blueberries + 2 Scoops Vanilla Whey Protein — 22.8g Protein & 171 Calories

I ellipticalled for 20 minutes, then lower body weight lifted for 40 minutes. I burned 400 calories.

Feeling good. Feeling muscular. Time to git productive in every other aspect of my life.

Post 4.5 mile run. Short? Yeah, yeah so! I burned 388 calories at a nice 8.5 mile pace. Hoooraaay! This is a ridiculous route involving very long and steep hills. This was the route the other day that made me feel like fainting/crying on the side of the road. This is also my usual route so what the fuck!
but then, I discovered A.) I hadn’t been eating enough and B.) the acne medication I was on essentially is not meant to be exercised with
Now, I ate PROPERLY for three days in a row, and am off the medication. This means a lot to me, I thought I was doomed.
Protein shake: 6 green tea ice cubes, 1 scoop of vegan chocolate protein powder, 1 cup of coconut milk, 1 handful of kale, 1 handful of frozen blueberries, 1 packet of truvia

Green Tea Protein Shake, is as follows (aside from succesful/delicious):

1 bag o’ Yogi Decaf Green Tea — frozen! (Should fill up one ice tray)

1 tsp of Organic Honey

1 serving of Vanilla Whey Protein

A splash of Almond Milk

and…for kicks, I added approximately 1 tsp of chia pudding I had in the fridge

So, yesterday this came in the mail. Aaaaw hell yeah.

So, today I ran 6 miles and then came home and forced my mother to do several work outs targeting core/lower body for half an hour. We did it on our front deck facing the lake. :) Quite pleasant considering it’s beautiful outside!

I burned a total 644 calories, according to my heart rate monitor. Shortly after the work out I whipped up a protein shake with frozen blueberries blended in. :)
