Anyways! I’ve been so busy lately I’ve hardly had time to sit down and write about myself. ;D
Memorial Day weekend included one horrifically uncomfortable 5K run, in the extreme humidity and 3 full days of moving furniture, carrying heavy boxes and desks up and down several flights of stairs, painting, buying a kayak, and yesterday I went swimming! :D
I forgot to take progress pix. Later on today, prrrrrromise.

Good morning followers, and new followers alike! It’s me, your friendly every day not pizza eating Sans Pizza gal.
Intake for yesteryear,
Lunch: Egg white protein shake, with 1/2 a banana and 1 tbs of coconut oil (post work out)
Dinner: Lettuce wraps with guacamole and red peppers and red onions and shrimp, and green beans and lil bby potatoes
Snacks: two handfuls of raw walnuts
> Fact: I find I work out 100% better on an empty stomach.
> Fact: I find I feel 100% better throughout the day when I don’t eat breakfast.
> Fact: This would be I think, 10 days straight of a binge-free/crave-free attitude.
> Fact: I am losing my job in exactly one month, because the childcare center is closing down. No, my boss didn’t tell me. A parent did. I’ve worked here for nearly a year and a half, you’d think this lady would be gracious enough to be all “LOL FYI U LYK DN’T HAVE A JOB NEMORE” — so, I have already applied as a swim/waterfront instructor for two separate camps and as a “Bike Leader” for an adventure camp where…you bike for miles and miles every day and camp with a bunch of teenagers! Actually sounds so ideal to me I could throw up. Oh, also as a lifeguard for a water park.
Fucking A, summer 2012…what do you have in store for me? If my job could also keep me active and in the sun, I’d be a chipper young lady for sure. K c u l8r

Nocturnal tendencies really set me off on the wrong foot at the beginning of each day.
I’m upset because I have gained weight, but what did I expect to happen when I eat like an asshole and slack in the fitness area?!
Just gotta reignite the “I’m-my-own-worst-critic-best-coach” fire. I think it has been reignited.
I just wish tha flame never went out. Holidays and what have ya.

LET ME JUST REITERATE THAT I’M SICK AND THIS SUCKS.
Oh, also. I am like battling the evil that is like whispering into my sinuses.
I mean, literally. I have had a weird ringing in my right ear for the past like 3 weeks; I don’t know if it’s relevant to my sinus infection or miserable cough and oversleeping.
Ugh, I also found out that my father’s next surgery may be around the same time I was supposed to travel down to Savannah, GA for my first 1/2 marathon race. Yeah, the one I’ve been spending all winter training for.
Yeah, the one that I just bought my train tickets for yesterday.
Yeah, the one my mom told me I should probably figure out how to get a refund on.
Things are gay. :( I haven’t worked out in a few days because my lungs refuse to let me try to improve an already healthy body when my body is not even actually already healthy. Ya dig?
10,000+ mg of Vitamin C a day, Zinc, Garlic supplements, B12, B1, D, Acidopholus. Life

This morning!! I don’t know what my problem was but the already hillylicious murderous landscape of Lake Small Anonymous Town, NJ (or maybe NY, who knows ;) ) was extraaa murderous.
As I was just approaching the top of the first hill I 1.) wanted to throw the FUCK up and 2.) lay down and roll myself to the next Hill of Tears and Fears; or perhaps call a taxi and nap a lil while.
But, nah. :) I ran the whole way instead of being a bitch about it.
