Truth be told: I’m human, I make mistakes. Possibly 30lbs worth of mistakes. Aaah oops! (In 2 years, and I am not nearly at the height weight I used to be)
Truth be told: I’m beautiful. I have good things and family, friends, a boyfriend who all care for me.
Truth be told: It’s OKAY, and I am succesful, fit, beautiful, everything is one day at a time. One breath at a time. I will prevail, I am prevailing. I am thin, I am healthy. I see it.

I can’t even believe this. I put those shorts back on and took virtually the same picture I did 5 weeks ago and I look good.
Does bread make your stomach hurt? Does ice cream make you feel yucky, essentially? Yeah, bro. Me too. I stopped eating those things and started behaving like a caveman, in a secretive sense. Try it out…Google is your friend.
Drop the tofu, abandon your soy milk and pick up a juicy bacon avocado burger wrapped in lettuce, with some homemade pickles on the side.

Anonymous asked: how much does a program with AccuWeight cost?
I never actually paid for the program, I was doing a modified version so as to support my active lifestyle. (I added protein shakes, and electrolyte drinks, etc.) But, if you want to go all out and abide it’s guidelines to the T …I recommend you visit this webpage — http://www.accuweight.com/bymail.htm Or! You can do what I did, which was eat between the hours of 12-6PM (fasting the rest of the day) …eating in intervals of 2 days of fruits & vegetables under 1,200 calories altogether, and 2 days of non-dairy yogurt/milk & vegan protein powder under 1,200 calories for 2 days. (I recommend you always have a protein shake within 15-20 minutes after a work out). That diet is perfect to kick off weight loss, do it for a maximum of 3 months…and slowly introduce healthier lean meats & fish and carbs back into your diet after that point and you should maintain your weight!* I wrote this on my phone, I apologize for any typos.
*Understand that I am not a certified dietician, or nutritionist by any means and I am just telling you what worked for me!

Green Tea Overnight Oats inspired by this recipe —> http://www.aartipaarti.com/2012/04/19/the-overachievers-breakfast-green-tea-chia-pudding/
I steeped two bags of green tea into 1 cup of hot water, poured half the cup into the blender + 1/2 a banana + handful of blueberries + handful of spinach + 2 truvia packets ..blend! I poured the greeeen mixture into my jar, with two tbs of chia seeds and whisked it with a fork. Then I added some more blueberries, and 1/4 cup of gluten free oatmeal. I let it it sit in the refrigerator overnight. This morning I added gluten free cereal to top it off for crunch purposes.
This is an antioxidant/super green punch in the face wake up call breakfast for a cHaMp*~
The kids at the school are asking me why I’m eating “vomit”. ;)

Alright, after reading that article in regards to breakfast statistics I decided to download and try out the app that they based their stats on.
You take a picture of every meal of the day, and other users rate your food based on the picture — either “fit” or “fat”. It does not calorie count, or anything like that. (Which is good ‘cause I think calories make me/us all crazy)
I had already eaten breakfast but I drew what I ate just to be a nerd. It’s for the iPhone and it’s called “Massive Health’s Eatery”. I currently use “Loseit!” — I think I will continue to use it, mostly to track my exercise though. Hmm…we’ll see as the weeks progress. ;)
